Try this: “What I am entering now is…”

3) Mark the Moment Physically

Your body anchors change better than your mind. Use a simple physical gesture:

  • Light a candle.
  • Wash your hands with intention.
  • Step across a doorway.
  • Breathe deeply and exhale the old.

This signals to the nervous system: “We are moving forward now.”

4) Call In Support

Whether it’s a friend, a partner, a mentor, or a shaman, having someone witness your transition strengthens it. Humans were never meant to evolve alone.

Try this: Tell one person you trust: “I’m entering a new chapter. I want to walk into it intentionally.”

5) Claim Your New Identity

This final step aligns your energy with who you’re becoming. Close your eyes and say softly: “I step into this next chapter fully.”
