How to Identify Your Current Archetype
Observe the language your team uses about you, the type of challenges you attract, and the pattern of your victories and failures. The archetype behind those patterns reveals itself. Once identified, ask a deeper question: does this myth still match the scale I’m leading?
When the scale changes—new markets, larger teams, generational transitions—the archetype must evolve. Builders must become Visionaries; Warriors must transform into Sages. Without conscious evolution, leadership ossifies into caricature.
