As many of you know, in addition to my work as a shaman, I am also a real estate investor. Recently, while studying the current real estate market here in Florida and evaluating my next investment strategy, I found myself reviewing economic models that explain how markets evolve over time. During that research I noticed something striking: the patterns economists describe in markets look remarkably similar to the processes I have observed for many years in shamanic healing.
Most people assume healing is a smooth, linear return to normal. Something goes wrong in the body, and then it gradually improves. Yet nature rarely moves in straight lines. Instead, it tends to follow cycles of disruption and renewal, a pattern that appears not only in ecosystems but also in economic systems.
Economists have long recognized that progress does not come from stability alone. The Austrian economist Joseph Schumpeter described economic evolution through the idea of creative destruction—a process where outdated or inefficient structures collapse so that stronger and more productive systems can emerge. Entire industries pass through phases of growth, stagnation, disruption, reorganization, and renewed expansion.
While reviewing these models through the lens of real estate investing, I realized that the same rhythm exists within the human body during healing.
Shamanic traditions have always viewed life as a field of moving energies. When harmony is disturbed, the body does not simply return to balance quietly. It often moves through a process that involves release, cleansing, reorganization, and renewal. This is very similar to the economic cycle of disruption and reconstruction.

Consider a simple example: a minor infection, such as a small skin infection or localized bacterial irritation.
First comes what we might call stagnation. Perhaps a small cut occurred, the skin became irritated, or the body’s defenses in that specific area weakened momentarily. Microorganisms find an opportunity and begin to multiply. In economic language, inefficiencies accumulate; in the body, imbalance begins to take hold.
Next comes disruption. The immune system responds with intensity. Blood flow increases, immune cells move into the area, and inflammation appears. To someone unfamiliar with the process, this stage may seem like the body is getting worse. Yet this is the body’s cleansing fire. The immune response disrupts the invading organisms and breaks down damaged tissue.
Then comes reorganization and reinvestment. Once the infection is controlled, the body shifts its energy toward rebuilding. New cells form, damaged tissue is repaired, and the immune system recalibrates the area. The body is reallocating its biological resources toward regeneration.
Finally comes growth and stability. The tissue heals and often becomes stronger and more resilient than before. The immune system now recognizes the threat and is better prepared in the future. The system has passed through disruption and emerged into a renewed state of balance.
This same pattern can be seen everywhere. Forests renew themselves after fires. Economies reorganize after recessions. Businesses restructure and grow stronger after difficult transitions. Life itself seems to move through cycles where temporary disruption creates the conditions for deeper stability.
From a shamanic perspective, illness is not always merely an enemy to eliminate. Often it is a signal that energy must begin moving again. The body activates powerful processes that clear stagnation so that harmony can be restored.
Understanding healing this way removes much of the fear that people often associate with the body’s responses such as inflammation or fever. These responses are frequently the intelligent mechanisms through which the body restores balance.
Nature does not move in straight lines. It moves in cycles. And healing, whether observed in the body, the economy, or the natural world, is simply another expression of that universal rhythm.
A Personal Invitation
If you are experiencing physical discomfort, emotional heaviness, or simply feel that something within your life has fallen out of balance, you do not have to face it alone. Many people carry silent energetic burdens for years without realizing that these patterns can be gently transformed.
My work as a shaman is centered on care, presence, and deep respect for the natural intelligence within every human being. When we work together, we create the conditions for your body and energy to release what no longer serves you and to return to a state of harmony and clarity.
If this message resonates with you, I warmly invite you to reach out. It would be an honor to support you in restoring balance, vitality, and peace within your life.
