There is a layer beneath money that most people never become aware of. It sits quietly under what someone believes is possible for them. It rarely announces itself, yet it eventually organizes outcomes financially.

People say they want more money. That statement is usually accurate on the surface. What is less examined is how much money a person is actually available for, how stable they feel holding it, and how far they are willing to expand before something inside them feels uncomfortable.

This internal feeling forms early. It is shaped by environment, by observation, by emotional experiences around security, status, and survival. Over time, it becomes invisible and feels like reality. This is the time to ask money to meet you and the Shaman for coffee.

A person can be capable, informed, connected, and still circle the same financial cycles repeatedly. Another can enter new levels of income and quickly reorganize back to what feels familiar. These movements are consistent. They follow an internal alignment that feels like reality.

Money behaves within that median, It reflects what has been normalized. We shamans can quickly catch that elusive pattern.

When higher levels of income begin to approach, there are often subtle signs. A slight tightening in the body. A tendency to slow down decisions. A need to reduce complexity or exposure. These responses are part of the belief system maintaining alignment with what it has learned to accept.

Most financial strategies operate above this layer. They focus on acquisition, leverage, optimization, and execution. They produce results when the internal structure can support them. When that structure is misaligned, results tend to crumble over time.

In my work, I pay attention to the structure itself and the beliefs that feed it.

From a shamanic perspective, each person carries a pattern through which energy organizes and moves. Money participates in that pattern. It follows attention, expectation, and the degree of stability a person has with expansion. When the pattern is constrained, flow is irregular. When the pattern is aligned, flow organizes with less resistance.

Working at this level requires precision. It involves identifying where contraction occurs, how it is maintained, and what function it has served. Many of these patterns developed as forms of protection. They were useful at a certain stage. They remain active even when they are no longer necessary. It’s almost like an outdated anti-virus program for a super computer.

Adjustment happens by bringing awareness to these patterns and creating a new level of internal stability that can hold a different outcome. As that stability increases, behavior shifts. Decisions become more direct. Opportunities are engaged with less friction. Financial growth begins to happen as common sense rather than an idea to be chased. What you perceive as common sense is your internal reality alignment dictating, allowing and blocking outcomes.

If things are not exactly turning out the way you desire them, it means there is a misalignment between your intentions and your inner beliefs. Examine this elusive layer with me, it literally takes minutes to communicate with deeper aspects of your psyche that are not being heard or are misunderstood. There is nothing wrong in your actions or intentions, we just need to inform other deeper aspects of yourself where we want to expand in now.
